Private Investigation executed into claims made by Applied Graphite Technologies (TSX-V: AGT)
RS MINES warns the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau, along with other Sri Lankan agencies, about the false and misleading claims made by AGT regarding ownership, exploration, and mining rights.
RS Mines owns 20+ acres within the 1Square Km Mining Grid, which contains The Queen’s Mine Anomaly. Exploration and mining rights have been secured since 2009.
We urge the public to do the necessary due diligence. Under the Mines and Minerals Act of Sri Lanka, there is only one exploration and mining license holder per grid, no cross-grid mining is permitted, with precedence given to the initial company reserving these rights.
