WELCOME TO RS MINES, HOME OF THE QUEEN’S MINE

INTRODUCTION

Deep in the heart of Sri Lanka, a hidden treasure with a legacy older than our lifetimes - a place once known as Queen’s Mine under British Governance. A place of silent power and magnetic grace. Today, it is known as RS Mines - and its story is ready to rise again.
In 2007, this sacred land was revived by Sheriozha Anthony and his late father, Ranjith Wijekoon, the founders, who gave it a new name: RS Mines - a symbol of strength, rebirth, and resilience, characteristics championed by Ranjith and Sheriozha. But the graphite remained the same: rare, pure, and unlike any other on earth.
What makes RS Mines extraordinary is not just its 30 million+ tons of high-purity graphite to a 900 Meter depth - but also its diamagnetic properties, its energy, its potential to power the future. This is no ordinary form of carbon. This is the carbon of superconductors, of aviation, of quantum technology, the material of tomorrow’s world.
Anthony, the visionary behind its future, is now seeking not just capital - but a kindred spirit. A partner and collaborator who understands legacy. One who sees further than quarterly profit - someone who can recognize when the ground beneath their feet is not just dirt, but destiny.
With existing corporate structures in place under RS Mines Inc., Delaware, and a complete prospectus prepared, all the groundwork is done. What remains is the meeting of vision and value - the moment when the correct partner steps forward, not just to fund a mine, but to write history.
We are not selling a product.
We are offering a place in a story that will outlive us all.
Warmly,
The RS Team

RS MINES is the owner and operator of The Queen’s Mine in Sri Lanka, one of the world’s largest known deposits of crystalline vein graphite — a unique, naturally high-purity resource found in only a handful of places on Earth. With an estimated 33 million tons in reserves to a depth of 900 meters, this project represents a cornerstone for the global energy transition.

Our focus is not only on mining but on unlocking value at every stage of the supply chain — from sustainable extraction to composite materials, advanced processing for EV battery anodes, and high-tech graphene applications.

The $2.6 billion feasibility underscores the economic strength of this asset, while Sri Lanka’s strategic location provides direct access to Asian and Western markets. With over a century of projected mine life and demand for graphite growing exponentially, RS MINES stands in an excellent position to become a global leader in the exploration and supply of critical minerals.

This is more than a resource — it is an opportunity to power the future of clean energy and technology with one of the rarest forms of carbon on the planet.

The Material of Tomorrow’s World.

Graphite is not just a mineral — it is the foundation of tomorrow’s world. From powering electric vehicles to enabling the next generation of energy storage and advanced technologies, graphite is at the center of a global transformation.

What you see here is more than raw material — it’s potential. It’s the building block of cleaner cities, faster networks, and stronger industries.

The future belongs to those who recognize the value of these resources today. We are shaping that future, turning natural strength into technological power.

It shows estimates of 33 million tons of graphite, 66 million electric vehicle (EV) vehicles, and 900 meters deep at the mountain. It highlights that 40% of EV batteries are made of graphite, with a QR code and website link for more information.
